Administration
The Superintendent of Schools is appointed by the Knox
County Board of Education. The Superintendent is assisted by
a central office staff consisting of licensed certificated professional
educators having knowledge and skills in all phases of school operations.
There are about 80 professionals on the central office staff.
That number is equivalent to 1.00 staff position per 723
students.
