The Administrative Bulletin is published
weekly each Monday (with the exception of holidays)
throughout the school year. Please send information
to Anita
Claiborne-Loy at the Andrew Johnson Building,
M-100, or fax to 594-1907. Articles are due by 3:00
p .m. Monday for the following Monday's publication
date.
Bulletins available in pdf format: This online version of the
Administrative Bulletin is a pdf file of the original Administrative
Bulletin mailed to all school system employees.
Any employee or individual needing a printed copy
should download and print this version. Schools
may print and distribute this copy as well. |

How to make a submission
1. Administrative Bulletin articles should be submitted in Microsoft
Word using Times New Roman 10 point type.
2. Attach the article to an E-mail to Anita
Claiborne (claiborna1@k12tn.net)
3.Article should be sent no later than 3:00 p.m.
Monday for the following Monday’s issue date, unless
you are notified differently. |

Administrative Bulletin
The Administrative Bulletin has a new look!
We will
no longer send out printed bulletins. The bulletins will be available
on the Knox County Schools website and a link will be emailed from
the Public Affairs Office to every employee who has a Knox County
email address.
If you wish to submit an announcement
for the Administrative Bulletin please email your announcement
to me at Claiborna1@k12tn.net no later than 3:00 p.m. of
the Monday before the following Monday’s
issue date, unless you are notified otherwise. Check your Bulletin
for such notifications. Please submit your articles in Microsoft Word
using Times New Roman, font size 10. Do not send documents in a pdf
format. Please, no formats other than a word doc. If you have questions,
please call me at 594-1905. Thank you for your cooperation.
