Debit Card

New enrollees for the Medical Spending Account or the Dependent Care Account should be receiving their debit cards shortly.  Employees who have reenrolled for the Medical Spending Account or the Dependent Care Account for 2006 will continue to use the debit card they were issued last year.  Please contact One Point Solutions at 1-866-602-1900 if you need an additional card.  One Point has informed us that the “rollover wizard” for MBI did not complete its task on the spouse debit cards.  One Point is having to manually adjust the spouse cards.  This should be resolved soon.  We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Old Plan Year

Please remember that employees have until March 31, 2006 to submit receipts to One Point Solutions for allowable expenses that were incurred in 2005.  You may obtain a receipt form from our website at http://kcs.k12tn.net/benefits/flexible/benefits-flexible.htm by clicking on reimbursement form.  You can also obtain them by calling our office at 594-1686.
