Updating Individual Administrator Biographical Information on the Web

 

Contract information, previous experience, current position, and photo of each school administrator is available for public access on the district website. It is important that you update this information whenever there are changes.

We have updated the current administrative appointments including new appointments with the correct school name and individual. However, we have not updated experience information. We also will need to make photos of new administrators and some others as well.

Please go online at http://kcs2.knox.k12tn.net/admindir/default.htm to update your information.

You will need this user name and password to save your changes:

Username: call Public Affairs 1992 for username

Password: call Public Affairs 1992 for password

DIRECTIONS:

1. Access the update page at http://kcs2.knox.k12tn.net/admindir/default.htm  - note: there is not link on the website to this address. You will have to enter it manually.

2. Click on ÒEdit Existing RecordÓ Ð Even if you are a NEW administrator, your record has already been created for you with just your name and school location. DO NOT create a NEW record. Administrative Assistants are included as well.

3. On the Search page, enter you Last Name and click on ÒStart SearchÓ

4. Your name and school should display with a (Edit Information) link. Click on the Edit Information link.

5.  Enter the information in the following screen.

 

Use the entry examples as guidelines (Click on the word EXAMPLE  on the page for more instructions if needed.6. When finished, click on ÒSave ChangesÓ. Enter your username and password. You will not see the password which will be displayed as *********.

7. Click on ÒOKÓ to complete the process. You are finished.

 

You may return at anytime and edit your information.
